- Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, industry, call volume, challenges and notes you submit through our forms.
- Calculator inputs: if you move from the calculator to our contact form, your calculator values are attached to your request.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
- Payment data: if you pay online, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provide and support our services, send service-related messages, bill you, improve our website and meet legal obligations.
Texts and calls
If you consent, we may contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery, payment processing, our CRM and a third-party software platform when we set up your account), and when required by law.
