Pricing and billing questions

Why does this cost more than a do-it-yourself app?

Apps leave the setup, testing and fine-tuning to you. We set everything up around your trade, connect your phone and calendar, check how calls are going and make changes when you ask. You get one point of contact instead of a help center.

Is there a long-term contract?

We’ll put the term, cancellation policy and anything included in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. Most businesses start with the problem that hurts most and add more once the first part is running smoothly. Tell us and we’ll adjust your setup and billing.

Who do I pay, and who supports me?

You pay Reboundpoint directly, and we’re your point of contact for setup, questions and changes. The underlying software is provided by a third-party platform, and we coordinate with them on technical issues.

What if I go over my included calls?

Calls keep getting answered; nothing is cut off. Calls past your package’s monthly allowance are $2 each, and if your volume settles higher we’ll tell you which package fits better. Need more than 300 calls a month? Ask for a custom quote.
