How it works

We do the setup. You keep working.

Getting started is a handful of conversations, not a software project. Here’s exactly what happens, what we handle and the little we need from you.

  1. 1

    Discover

We learn about your business: your services, service area, hours, how you schedule, what counts as an emergency and where calls are slipping through today.

    What we need from you

    • A short call with you (or whoever runs the office)
    • Your service list and the prices you’re comfortable sharing
    • Your hours, service area and emergency rules
  2. 2

    Configure

We set the system up around your business: how calls are greeted, which questions get asked, how bookings work and which follow-ups go out.

    What we need from you

    • Review the greeting and questions we draft
    • Tell us which jobs you don’t take
  3. 3

    Connect

We connect your phone number, calendar, team and the tools you already use, and test the whole flow with real test calls.

    What we need from you

    • Access to forward your business line
    • Calendar and tool logins, connected with you on the call
    • Your technicians’ names and schedules (Grow and Complete)
  4. 4

    Launch & improve

Your system starts handling calls. We walk you through what you’ll receive, review early calls with you and adjust anything that isn’t right.

    What we need from you

    • Tell us when a call didn’t go the way you’d want
    • A quick check-in after your first weeks

Who does what

Most of the work is ours

You

  • Tell us how your business works
  • Approve the greeting, questions and rules
  • Forward your phone line and log in to tools when we connect them
  • Tell us when something should change

Reboundpoint

  • Draft and configure your call handling
  • Set up booking, team and integrations
  • Test calls before going live
  • Coordinate with the software provider
  • Billing, support and ongoing adjustments

FAQ

Before you start

Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. Most businesses keep their existing number and forward calls to the system, either all the time, after hours, or only when you don’t answer. We’ll confirm the right option for your carrier during setup.
Will customers know they are speaking to AI?
Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call, then helps the caller. Being upfront builds trust, and some states require disclosure.
Can I still answer calls myself?
Yes. You can set it to pick up only when you don’t, only after hours, or all the time. Many owners answer when they can and let the system catch the rest.
What happens during an emergency?
You define what counts as an emergency for your trade. When a caller describes one, they’re given any safety guidance you’ve approved, the details are captured, and you’re notified immediately so you can decide how to respond.
What if the AI cannot answer a question?
It doesn’t guess. It tells the caller someone will follow up, and sends you the question and the caller’s details right away.
Can I change my schedule?
Yes. Booking reads your calendar, so blocking time off or changing hours there changes what callers are offered. For bigger changes to how calls are handled, just tell us.
Do I need to change my existing software?
Usually not. The system connects with many common calendars, field-service and accounting tools. Tell us what you use and we’ll confirm what connects before you sign up.
How does onboarding work?
We follow the four steps on this page with you: discover, configure, connect, launch. We’ll give you a realistic timeline for your setup during your consultation.
Who provides technical support?
Reboundpoint is your first point of contact for questions, changes and problems. The underlying software is provided by a third-party platform, and we work with them directly on technical issues so you don’t have to.
Who handles billing?
You’re billed by Reboundpoint. One invoice, from us, for the package you choose.

Step one is a conversation.

Tell us about your business. We’ll show you how your calls would be handled and what setup would involve.
